Inman News just posted Coldwell Bankers real estate annual “Home Listing Report” examined average listing prices for a four bedroom, two bathroom home for over 2300 markets in the United States and Canada between September 2010 and March 2011.  It has been reported that Arizona made the top 10 least expensive real estate markets. Scottsdale, AZ was the most expensive market in Arizona with an average list price of $455,964 and Coolidge, AZ with the least expensive market in Arizona was $69,083.

One of the country’s most respected and frequently quoted sources on foreclosures, mortgages, and real estate trends.  The data indicates that 1.2 million homes are in foreclosure and some 5.5 million loans are in some state of delinquency. We can expect the banks to slowly release homes in the next 3-4 years and the recovery will be slow and long.  Rick thought that nationwide we will see another 5% dip in home prices, but he said all market are local so it is important to council with an experienced real estate agent.
