As of January 1, 2010 HVAC system manufacturers will no longer be allowed to produce A/C and heat pumps with R-22 or Freon due to the Title VI of the Clean Air Act. Now the HVAC industry will be using Puro.

TIP: Buy a home warranty plan to cover indoor furnace, air handler, eveporative coil, transition, plenum, indoor electrical, duct connection, and other misc components.
