2010 CDPE Momentum Speaker, Matthew J. Vernon, Short Sale & REO Executive, Bank of America

The 2010 CDPE Momentum was honored to have guest speaker Matthew J. Vernon-Short Sale and REO Executive, Bank of America discuss the strategies that are in place to move forward and help it’s customers in distressed situations. There were 67,000 short sale files submmitted in March 2010.

Erick Bryant – Director of Client Services fro Equator financial Soultions, a provider of automated default servicing, REO and short sale technology for the mortgage industry. He has sucessfully launched Equator’s product for Bank of America.

Bank of America is striving to help real estate agents help their customers with better service  and response time.

Alex & Cadey Charfen, owners of Certified Distressed Property Expert held the first annual conference in Tempe , AZ May 20-22, 2010. More than 700 CDPE trained agents attended this two day event.
