To set your home apart from other listings make it clutter-free, spic & span to generate interest. Here are some ideas that have taken our listings from “Gold to Sold”.
• Add a touch of class! Strategically place fresh flowers, potted plants, the best linens and big fluffy white towels.
• Paint walls, trim, and ceilings. Paint rooms in neutral tones to make the house appear larger and flow better.
• Replace or repair missing or broken door handles.
• Refresh closets with organizers and paint them a neutral color.

• Clean, organize, and paint garages.
