Nova Home Loans Of Tucson Rolls Out Plan Down Payment Assistance Plan 2009

We are rolling out a new down payment assistance product. It’s a down payment assistance program that gives home buyers up to $40,000 towards down payment. It is specifically designed for foreclosures and abandoned homes. It comes with restrictions and won’t fit every buyer but it has some really nice components to it. The down payment assistance is in the form of a second mortgage with 0% interest and 0 payments provided the home buyer stays in the home as their primary residence for a period of time. It will be available starting July 6^th.
