Don and I have noticed in the last two weeks a big slow down in the real estate market. We work very closely witn new home builders and have found buidders are giving up their land options. What doe this mean t o you? Most likely in the next two years new construction will be limited. The infrastucture will not be place to build new subdivisions. It takes about two years to develop land. In summary, new construction will be in short supply.
