Foreclosures in Arizona are on the rise in Maricopa County

Pima County foreclosures are not as high as Maricopa County

Foreclosure Report for Arizona

Pima County foreclosures are up for October, compared to a year ago but pale in comparison to Maricopa County. According to Serdar Bankaci, president and CEO of Default Research, "Increasing foreclosure numbers and empty homes are unfortunately going to be the norm for at least the next 3 quarters in the Phoenix area".
