Ritz Carlton-Marana, Arizona joint venture of Dove Mountain Properties still negotiating

According to the Arizona Daily Star, The Ritz Carlton is coming to Marana but the details are still under discussion. The resort – Dove Mountain development plans todevelope a 250 room hotel, two Jack Nicklaus – designed courses and luxury homes.

The luxury home market in Tucson will see a new standard and the Ritz Carlton will help raise the bar! The Accenture Match Play welcomes the best of the best inviting championship golf…sure the players would enjoy staying in Dove Moutain – Ritz Carlton.

This will most likely increase homes values in the area…maybe by 15 percent!
