Saguaro Ranch in Tucson, Arizona

By Vallee Gold Team • June 14th, 2007

Monarch of the Sonoran Desert is the meaning of Saguaro and certainly Saguaro Ranch lives up to that reputation.  This upscale residential community is north of downtown Tucson, Arizona and is being built in phases over the next few years.  The development will include a Sonoran and Old Arizona Territorial Ranch House.  The House Ranch will emulate a real working ranch found in Arizona 100 years ago.  Authentic materials such as adobe, plaster, stucco, masonry, rusted metals, etc. will be used in building the homes in Saguaro Ranch.  Architecture of the homes will be kept close to the ground to preserve the views and reduce the visual impact of the area.  Colors will be earth tones to blend with the natural environment.  Upon completion, this magnificent development will experience tranquility with nature, awesome scenery and a quality of life in the desert.  The area will be in close proximity to Tucson’s rich natural and historic resources.  With the Catalina Mountains to the north, Rincon Mountains to the east, Tucson Mountains to the West and Santa Ria Mountains to the south, the views will be second to none.
